All Klasp products that are to be posted are despatched within 2 working days by 2nd class post or courier. We will only post to UK locations. The cost of which is included in the product price.

At the billing stage, you have two options. You can request to collect from our shop or for us to deliver to your home.  If the item you have purchased is not satisfactory we offer a 28-day no quibble returns policy. You have the option of a full refund, credit note or exchange for an alternative item.

Collection from our shop:  We require you to have collected your purchase within 7 days, unless a prior arrangement has been made, by calling the shop on 0208 366 7068.  If the item is not collected it will be returned into stock and reposted onto the website for sale.  We will then offer a refund minus a 10% or £10 charge, whichever is the lower.

Delivery to your home:

We will only deliver within the locality of Enfield & North London.  When we receive confirmation of your order we will contact you within 2 working days. If you wish to make an enquiry regarding an item to be delivered  before you purchase, contact the shop on 0208 366 7068 for more details.

When we open the shops up again, we could have a tablet in the shop which is set to our website.  We can then have ALL our product range available for sale even if we do not have space to display it all in the shop.
